We collect information directly from users and through trusted third-party service providers, including:

    •    JotForm (form submission and data collection)

    •    Additional vendors that may be added in the future to support underwriting, identity verification, or payment processing (e.g., financial-data tools such as Plaid)

We do not currently send agreements through DocuSign. In cases where a lender uses DocuSign or another e-signature product, it is their policy governing that document — not ours.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

    •    Share information with our lending partners for underwriting

    •    Communicate with applicants

    •    Maintain internal records

    •    Improve our systems, processes, and user experience

We share information only with vetted lenders, underwriting partners, and service providers required to process your application. We do not sell personal information.

    •    Technology vendors who process submissions on our behalf (e.g., JotForm)

All vendors are required to maintain commercial-grade security and confidentiality.
