Elizabeth, and Company Capital works with businesses across hundreds of industries. However, there are certain types of businesses we cannot serve. These include, but are not limited to:

    •    Illegal or illicit activities

    •    Gambling operations

    •    Adult entertainment or adult material

    •    Firearms vendors

    •    Drug dispensaries (unless specifically approved by certain funders)

    •    Non-profits and religious organizations

    •    Pawn shops and gold dealers

    •    Businesses without proper legal structure (e.g., no LLC or corporate registration)

    •    Businesses with insufficient financial documentation or less than 3 months of operational history

Please note: Elizabeth, and Company Capital does not provide funding to businesses located in North Dakota.

This list is not exhaustive. All funding decisions are subject to our funders’ approval and eligibility requirements may change at any time.

Ineligible Applicants

Applicants may be ineligible for funding if they:

    •    Provide false or misleading business or personal information

    •    Fail to meet minimum operational or financial requirements

    •    Have prior defaults, bankruptcies, or other risk-related issues

    •    Fall under funder-specific restrictions not listed above

All funding is subject to lender approval and Elizabeth, and Company Capital reserves the right to modify eligibility requirements at any time.
